Amy Dean Wilson has had a front row seat to the family real estate business for decades. Her sales partner, Richard A. Smith, says, “Amy attacks any task with unbounded energy until it’s completed. Her superpower is problem solving. She’s resourceful, disciplined, creative and clever. She can outwork an ox, outsmart a fox, and is, most importantly, a ray of sunshine. Our partnership is a perfect balance that will benefit our clients.
Her business has always relied on referrals from happy clients. “Amy saw possibilities in my home that I’d never considered. Her attention to detail and understanding of design put my home in its best light for a timely, profitable sale. Her careful direction in finding our new home was equally gratifying. Amy’s a perfectionist.” reports a recent seller/buyer.
A lifelong Knoxvillian, Amy knows a good location when she sees it. She grew up riding horses on the Riverbend peninsula and has raised her family in Forest Brook. She is an avid hiker, animal lover, and Pilates devotee. She and her husband, Robb, are members of Sequoyah Hills Presbyterian Church and parents of Thomas, a UTK grad and athletic trainer at The University of Memphis, and Claire, a scholarship athlete and recent graduate of King University.
